Campground Description:
Prairie Creek Campground is found in Prairie Creek Provincial Recreation Area, 41 km southwest of Rocky Mountain House on Hwy. 752. A good fishing creek runs through the campground. There are about 50 well treed sites, with a few next to the creek.<br>This is an unserviced campground. Please remember to bring your own firewood to enjoy your stay.Recent changes to the recreation area regulation under the Public Health Act have affected provision of drinking water in this campground – we cannot absolutely guarantee that water from hand pumps is free of pathogens because of the risk of ground wat
